How many places have you lived in your life?
In the first two years of my life I moved 14 times. Don't ask me where all I've lived cause I really couldn't tell you. My mom might know. Texas, Arizona, Washington, Illinois, Nevada, and Tennessee are some of the states I actually remember living in for some part of my life.
What's your middle name? Is there a story or history behind it?
I have four names. My middle names are D'Alva and Anne. D'Alva is my Brazilian grandmother's name and Anne is my British grandmother's name. I'm American so I'm mixed up and so is my name. ;)
Share a photo of your commute.
The fog is like the first sign that fall might actually show it's face around here. It makes me happy.
This road is the main road through the campus I work at. Rather unattractive usually.
Take a photo of an accident or a mistake.
Tecnically, the mistake isn't in the photo. The photo is the result of a mistake. Someone bumped my arm as I tried to catch this rather good C3PO. Oh well.
Take a photo of a flag.
This is a flag favorite of mine. Jasper Johns' Flag is all about non-patriotic type of things, but everyone who sees it hanging in my office thinks it's patriotic. Heh.
I've also decided, I don't want to do special titles on the photos anymore, it's just silly.
What was the last game you played?
This question could very easily be, what is the only game you play. Cause the answer would stay the same. World of Warcraft.
If you could write a book about anything, what would it be about?
Well I've always been told write what you know. For me the most interesting story I know is about my father and how insanely odd he was/is. I'd probably beef it up a bit with some overarching plot or something. Though not a story that goes somewhere, his life is plenty enough interesting without fiction.
What's your favorite song to sing karaoke-style? If you don't have one, why not?
I don't sing karaoke. However I do sing at the top of my lungs in the car and I have to say that I don't really have a favorite. I have bands that I prefer to sing with because they sing mostly in my range. CAKE is one of those bands. I love singing most any CAKE song as I'm driving down the road.
What is your favorite children's movie?
It's gotta be Aladdin. The first time I watched that film I laughed so hard I was embarrassed. Robin Williams did a GREAT job.
There are several others that I loved as well. Toystory and A Bug's Life are high ranking as well. And I'm sure I could go on and on. Monsters Inc., Bambi, The Emperor's New Groove, Lilo and Stitch, and The Secret of Nimh are others that I really loved as soon as I saw them.
What is your favorite way to relieve stress?
Laughter. That's got to be my most favorite way to relieve stress.
Another fun way is to kill things in WoW. Especially other players who are big jerks. Last night I killed one guy multiple times because he got on my nerves. Heh.
